1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, products, and services provided by Bluix Group LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17097946), with its registered office at 41 Devonshire Street, London W1G 7AJ, United Kingdom ("Bluix", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using any Bluix service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use our services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and accept full responsibility for all activity under your account.

3. Account Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

4. Services and Billing

4.1 Service Activation

Services are activated upon receipt of full payment. Provisioning typically begins within minutes for automated services and within 24 hours for services requiring manual setup.

4.2 Fees

All fees are displayed in the currency selected at checkout. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Invoices are generated in advance of the billing cycle and payment is due upon receipt.

4.3 Renewal

Services renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. Renewal invoices are generated at least 14 days before the due date. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

4.4 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record (MoR) partner. Creem handles payment processing, tax collection, VAT/GST remittance, and compliance on our behalf. When you complete a purchase, you are redirected to Creem's secure, PCI-compliant checkout page. Creem's name will appear on your bank or credit card statement.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

4.5 Tax Invoices

All prices displayed on our website are exclusive of VAT/Tax. Applicable taxes are calculated and added at checkout by Creem based on your location. As the Merchant of Record, Creem is responsible for issuing tax-compliant invoices. You can access your tax invoices through the Tax Invoices link in your client area or via the payment confirmation email sent by Creem.

The invoices in your Bluix client area are service summaries for your reference. For tax deduction purposes, please use the invoices issued by Creem.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund within the first 30 days of your initial purchase for eligible hosting services. Contact our support team and we will process your refund.

5.2 Exclusions

The following are excluded from our refund policy: domain name registrations, SSL certificates, third-party software licences, dedicated server setup fees, and any service explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

5.3 After 30 Days

After the 30-day period, cancellations may be eligible for prorated account credits based on the unused portion of the current billing cycle. Credits can be applied toward other Bluix services but are not redeemable for cash.

5.4 Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

6. Service Level and Uptime

Bluix targets 99.9% uptime for all production hosting services. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced at least 48 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: force majeure, third-party provider outages, or DDoS attacks.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and design elements, is the property of Bluix Group LTD or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our services for your personal or business purposes as intended. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content.

Bluix, the Bluix logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Bluix Group LTD. Use of these trademarks without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bluix Group LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Bluix in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

You may cancel your services at any time through the client area or by contacting support.

10. Changes to Terms

Bluix Group LTD reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
