TERM, PAYMENT, ACCOUNT RENEWAL

Term of Service. The term of User's subscription to the Services commences upon User's acceptance of these Terms and terminates as set forth in this agreement.

Payment User agrees to pay all fees for purchasing and renewing Bluix Services. Bluix may be made available for free by many partners in which case the user does not need to pay Bluix for the use of Bluix.

Authority In the event User is a corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, other business entity or group of individuals, the person registering for purchasing or renewing Bluix Services on behalf of such entity, User shall submit a Certificate issued by such entity User to the effect that he/she has the authority to bind the corporation, LLC, partners, joint venture or other individuals in this manner and in connection with User's acceptance of all other Terms set forth herein.

REFUND POLICY

Customers may request a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase of any eligible hosting plan. Refunds apply only to first-time orders and exclude domain registrations, SSL certificates, third-party licenses, or setup fees. After the 30-day period, all payments are considered final and non-refundable. In cases of verified service failure caused by our systems, we may issue prorated credits or account compensation at our discretion. All refunds are processed through the original payment method. By purchasing and using our services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy as part of our Terms of Service.

Clients are granted a non-exclusive, limited right to use our systems and interfaces strictly for the purpose of accessing and managing their hosting services.
